My client is a trendy restaurant with superb food and wine, as well as good food it is known for its atmosphere. My client has won many outstanding awards and continues to impress the trendy London diners.

The Role: Assistant Manager in London up to £25K + bonus

As the Assistant Manager you will report directly to the General Manager and will have a team of 15 staff including reporting into you and the General Manager. You will a hand for all areas of the business, recruitment, staff development, training and driving sales.

The Candidate:
