A Top 20 UK Firm by Turnover, this Traditional City Law Firm is seeking a FS Regulatory Associate to join their Legal 500 Ranked Practice Area. Continued Regulator pressure across the Financial Service space, both on the form of FCA/PRA initiatives, and wider cross border matters has led to organic team growth.
This firm has a diverse client base which incorporates Insurers (Life & Non Life) Re-Insurance, Banks, Brokers and Asset Managers.
You will be granted the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of Financial Services Regulatory matters, as the team covers current regulations including , Solvency II, MIFID, IMD2, Cross Jurisdictional Regulation, Outsourcing Agreements, Senior Insurance Managers Regime and more general Compliance and Risk Management Policies.
