Marketing Executive

My client is a well-established airline with their head office based in Central London

They are looking for a Marketing Executive with airline/travel experience to join their new team.

Responsibilities
• Assist in creating and implementing an integrated marketing plan and work to agreed budget to deliver tactical activity to support both local and corporate above and below the line global objectives
• Develop appropriate local marketing techniques and ensure use of latest communications technology e.g. Email/online, social media CRS, CRM, direct mail
• Manage internal / external campaign communication, i.e. newsletters, fares, product/service changes etc.
• Create and manage segmented customer and trade databases and mailing lists
• Manage and coordinate presence at Trade Shows, Exhibitions, and Promotional Events
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction and agree any Market Research 
• Measure performance of marketing activity against clear goals and target
• Maximise local PR opportunities and collaborate with local PR company
• Work closely with sales team on promotional and pricing activity
• Manage agency relationships

Requirements
• Educated to degree level preferably with marketing qualification
• Experience 3-5 years in a marketing roles within the travel industry
• Experience in planning and evaluating marketing campaigns
• Resourceful, creative, flexible, energetic, proactive
• High degree of fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong IT/ E-Commerce literacy Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Desktop Publishing
