Merchandiser - Classic Fashion

Zachary Daniels retail recruitment are currently recruiting for a Merchandiser for a multi channel retailer based in South London.

My client are a classic British retailer who specialise in high quality garments designed for an outdoor lifestyle. They’re an extremely successful business and have grown year on year but still retain their family feel and offer a lovely work environment. Due to an internal move they are looking for a Merchandiser to join their business on their highest profile fashion department.

As the Merchandiser you will be responsible for all seasonal planning for the department developing a commercial and balanced range offering for the customer. You will also ensure all weekly analysis, monthly sales reviews and allocations are carried out to trade the department to deliver on sales, margins and markdowns. This is a business critical position where you will present to the board in range reviews and work closely with the Buying and Marketing teams to deliver a profitable range for the business whilst ensuring the companies high ethical standards are upheld.

In order to be considered for this position you must already be working as a retail merchandiser within a fashion retailer and keen to progress your career in a smaller more hands on business. Outstanding Junior Merchandisers who are ready for the next step may also be considered.

You must have advanced Excel and WSSI management skills
