The role itself is a 360 recruitment position. This will therefore involve:
– Moving onto a cold desk so you will be responsible for every aspect of the recruitment life cycle.
– Developing business with potential and new clients.
– Taking vacancy details.
– Advertising roles gained through cold calling.
– Screening candidates to find the best fit for the roles.
– Selling candidates to clients.
– Arranging interviews.
– Feeding back to candidates and clients.
– Closing deals.

This is a diverse and very interesting recruitment role. You don`t need previous experience however some knowledge of the recruitment industry and what being a consultant involves is required.
