LOCATIONS: Wandsworth, with some travel to other clinic locations in Mill Hill, Shoreditch as required.

HOURS OF WORK: 8.45 am to 4.45 pm and 10am – 6pm

DAYS: Monday – Friday (32.5 hrs or 35 hrs)

SALARY: £18200 – £20000 (pro rata)

The Osteopathic Centre Children was founded in 1991 and is the only charity of its type in the world. Our clinics offer an effective, non-invasive, green, alternative or complement to traditional medication and drug therapies, helping babies develop into strong healthy infants and then through childhood into healthy adults. This can help in reducing the amount of medical support a child will need throughout his or her life, which means a healthier life and reduced costs to the NHS.

The OCC is open three days a week at our Wandsworth Clinic and for two days a week at our satellite clinic in Shoreditch. A new clinic in Mill Hill has recently opened for one afternoon per week.

Working as part of a small team and under the direction of the Clinic and Practice Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the smooth running of the busy reception area, ensuring organisational policy and procedures are followed and providing high levels of customer service.

You will need previous reception experience, ideally gained within a medical environment using an electronic booking system and be an excellent administrator with a good understanding of databases and microsoft office.
