In addition, you will receive a shift premium for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00. This will be paid at the minimum recruitment rate for your role. Duties & Responsibilities To be a flexible and adaptable Partner who is able to work as a member of a team in a key part of our branch operation. Ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to required standards and the branch is ready to trade for the following day whilst adhering to hygiene and health & safety standards at all times. Teamwork, productivity and attention to detail are key. Job Requirements The role of a Night Shift Supermarket Assistant involves a range of tasks, including replenishing stock, picking online orders, ensuring legal compliance and carrying out housekeeping activities. Partners will be expected to work at pace to meet the required productivity levels. Partners may be expected to work in different areas of the branch to support the wider team as required and will be required to maintain the necessary business dress and hygiene standards.
