More about Ringley

What the Cambridge University Press has to say about Ringley:

The award-winning property specialist The Ringley Group in London has gained a reputation as an employer that rewards hard work and develops talent

Established in January 1997, The Ringley Group has circa 80 employees who manage almost 10,000 leasehold and shared-ownership properties. In addition to private, residential and commercial sales and lettings, it offers a range of innovative property solutions, including legal, survey, valuation, and property and facilities management services.

Employer of the year

As well as celebrating the achievements of its employees, The Ringley Group is filling its own mantelpiece. Ringley was named Employer of the Year at the Camden and Islington Business Awards – an accolade that reflects its inspiring management style, flexible working hours and family-friendly working environment. Other awards include a national training award, awards for CSR, innovation and property excellence. Described by one client as being ‘like the cavalry coming over the hill’, The Ringley Group does exactly what it says in its mission statement, offering ‘good advice, great service by brilliant people, every time’. The company has put those words into practice by investing heavily in the continuing professional development of its people. It does this through various means, including computer-based learning, weekly training sessions, webinars, external courses and on-the-job training.

The Ringley Group is a Silver Standard Investor in people and runs a ‘champions programme’, which encourages employees to demonstrate their leadership skills by taking on various roles in areas such as corporate social responsibility, front of house, facilities and events management. And it has enthusiastically embraced apprenticeships as the best way of developing talent.
