Retail Deputy Manager: Concept Store - Stratford (Westfield) - The Perfume Shop - London E20

This job role in our Concept store brings the successful candidate a fresh new way of trading a The Perfume Shop store.

As we have removed our counters in our Concept stores the customers are able interact more freely with our products and our teams. We have also allowed these stores to become technologically friendly with the use of iPads and plasma screens in store.

This therefore means that the type of candidate we are looking for is slightly different, however the principles of spraying on the skin, selling up and selling more still stays the same!

This job role in our Concept store brings the successful candidate a fresh new way of trading a The Perfume Shop store. The role of our Deputy Manager is much more than just deputising for our Store Managers. It allows the opportunity to really take responsibility for the stores team, sales, stock, operations and brand standards. It also provides a great opportunity to learn at work.

Recent experience of supervising or managing in a customer facing environment

Experience of working with set procedures

An understanding or experience of working towards targets

A desire to understand or work with different technologies at work

A genuine interest in beauty and/or fashion brands
