Team Assistant - Asset Management
My client, a successful and results based Asset Management organisation, are looking to hire. They have been producing results and return on investments for over 16 years and continue to build through innovative strategy and being leaders in their area of expertise.
This exceptional business is looking to recruit a Team Assistant for the Finance Division, supporting the Partner, Head of Finance, Head of Strategic Financial Planning, Reporting Manager and some Ad hoc team support.
This is a busy, yet methodical role and would suit someone with an interest or background supporting within Finance. Some of the tasks you will be expected to carry out will include:
- Extensive diary management
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Invoicing and expenses
- Manage calls and inboxes
- Coordinate travel and accommodation
- General office administration
- Board meeting prep
- Reporting
You will be able to demonstrate working in a fast paced, professional environment, with the ability to be “client ready”. Working within the professional services sector would be extremely advantageous.
