About the Graduate Learning Support Assistant Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant at this school you will be supporting teaching across the whole school. Part of your role will include taking on an important responsibility of leading smaller booster groups aimed at providing support for particularly low or high ability pupils. The opportunity to lead your own class will be available to you and one of your targets will be to help EAL and SEN pupils achieve their goals.
