Key responsibilities will include;
Managing a portfolio of existing property clients with the opportunity to develop new clients
Providing tax advisory and compliance services
Working with a mix of private and commercial property clients
Development of new tax planning ideas, implementation of ideas with clients and driving the team forward
Supervisory and mentoring of junior team members
Actively supporting the strategic development of the property tax team
Essentially you will be CTA/ ACA/ ACCA Qualified with a tax background, knowledge surrounding real estate tax is key. The ability to build relationships and conduct meetings with your clients is crucial.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue their tax career in a team that has grown significantly in the last 12 months and offers further scope for development, a basic salary ranging between £55,000-£65,000 plus benefits are on offer for the right person!
