Firezza has been making wood fired pizzas since 2001. Our gourmet pizzas are baked in fire breathing ovens to consistently deliver the most authentic Italian pizza experience, time after time. As our ambitions grow we are looking for a Chef who knows how to prepare and bake our pizzas, with flair, style and an eye for perfection.
You will be on show within our restaurants as customers pop in to collect their pizza so possession of a naturally friendly and positive nature will be high on your list of talents. Previous chef experience in a delivery environment would be ideal, but full training can be given to the right person.
