The Company
My client is a California founded software company who are the market leaders in I/O optimisation software. They provide a software only storage solution which enables systems to process more data in less time. This optimises application performance.
The company is looking for a Market Development Representative to join their rapidly growing EMEA sales team. The role is twofold and involves qualifying mainly warm leads as well as closing renewals deals.
The Job
Qualifying sales opportunities by cold calling and sales lead follow up.
Hitting revenue targets for renewing subscriptions of current clients.
Assist in hitting monthly, quarterly and annual team revenue targets.
Provide product information, answer customer’s questions, and assist customers in evaluating the product range.
Maintain current, accurate and complete records on all prospect and customer interactions. Provide feedback on quality of leads.
Fast-paced, vibrant and entrepreneurial sales environment.
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the company’s technology and explain features and benefits to potential clients.
You
- 1+ year(s) sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in relevant subject desirable.
- Efficient and energetic, with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
