RECEPTIONIST - FUND MANAGEMENT
Based in the West End, a Fund Management company require a flexible and well presented Receptionist to join their team.
Working in luxurious offices, this role is offered initially as a 3 month contract with the view to potentially become a full time role.
The ideal candidate will be self motivated, offer a positive ‘can do’ approach to their day and have the ability to work with little supervision. Hours can vary but reception must be covered from 8.45am – 6pm Monday – Friday and occasionally an earlier start may be required to cover breakfast meetings that take place. You will work within a team of two.
Duties will include greeting clients and visitors on arrival, set up boardrooms ready for meetings, answering and screening incoming calls, keeping kitchen/reception/meeting rooms tidy and fully stocked, organising conferences and meetings, managing queries, ordering stationery, keeping records where appropriate and dealing with petty cash.
As a Receptionist you will have previous work experience in a similar role, provide a professional and helpful service to clients and staff, good knowledge of Word and Excel and enjoy working in a busy and evolving work environment.
Paying c£35,000 pro-rata, please forward an updated CV for interviews towards the end of August with the view to start in September.
