Our Organisation:

The Football Association (The FA) is the governing body of football in England and has the responsibility to promote and develop the game at all levels from grass roots through to the professional game, The FA Cup and the England International team.

The role:

This is a casual Retail Sales Assistant role with the purpose of offering an exceptional customer experience to all of our Stadium visitors and increasing retail sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service
  


• Stock rotation, replenishment and presentation
  


• Till operation and cash handling
  

Who we are looking for:

• Confident and customer focused individual
  


• Someone who is interested in sport
  


• Experience of working in retail would be an advantage
  


• Team worker
  

Please note that this is a casual position so a flexible approach to working hours is essential. The successful candidate must be available to work weekends and unsociable hours, including bank holidays.
