Their main responsibility is to match candidates with permanent jobs with client companies and to empathize with the needs of clients and candidates alike to provide advice to both clients and candidates on recruitment and training needs, salary levels and opportunities with our companies

Skills of Summary:
- Good knowledge of interviewing techniques and phone screening
- Ability to draft effective job advertisements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good marketing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in numeric with good team working skills
- Good knowledge of computer applications like MS Word, database, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
- Goal oriented and ability to cope under pressure
Educational Qualifications: Desired Hospitality degrees, qualifications
Certification Course: Desired Certification Course in Recruitment
Professional Experience:
Desired Recruitment Consultant or senior hospitality professional
- Handles the tasks of headhunting, identifying and approaching suitable candidates for the right profile
- Drafts advertising vacancies and advertise the same in a wide range of media like websites, newspapers, and magazines
- Prepares resumes, CV and correspondence and forward the same to client to list suitable candidates
- Recruits, selects and schedules interviews with potential employees required for the organization
- Assists the organization to meet with recruiting goals by providing best recruiting practices
- Performs strategic Planning of the organization by consulting with top executives
- Responsible for placing job advertisement in newspaper and online services
- Match right candidates to jobs and arrange interview for the same
- Collect references and checks the suitability of the applicant before the final submission of the details to the employer
- Informs interview results to the applicants
- Negotiates pay and salary structure as well as finalize arrangements between candidates and clients
- Handles clients demand and ensures that their needs are fulfilled
Successful candidates will be shortlisted and interviewed by skype and the finally in person
Due to the promotion of one of our consultants and future development plans, we are now keen to find an excellent proven consultant or Hospitality professional with a vast knowledge of the Hospitality industry to join our team and help grow our current business, by developing new clients and candidates.
Candidates joining the team will need little training and development and will be familiar with database development, searching, adding candidates, conducting interviews, take references, identify new clients and bring in new business.
