A busy, traditional butchers in the heart of the East end is looking for an experienced all round butcher (Full-time or Part-time).
The ideal candidate will be fluent in spoken and written english, have at least 4 years experience in butchery, with a proven record showing commitment and knowledge. This is a busy, fast paced but friendly shop, you must be able to use your own initiative under pressure, be polite, clean and presentable with experience of working in retail/catering.
Duties will include making sausages ,ordering products, making further processed goods, cutting, serving customers on both raw and cooked meat counters and end of day cleaning .This position offers working days on Monday to Saturdays from 7am to 6.00pm with flexibility in supporting the team in holiday cover and busy seasonal periods.
