Warehouse Manager - West Ham United FC. - London E20

Expansion of our retail business is driving the need for this Warehouse Manager role, which reports to our team and in which you’ll be tasked with optimising the warehouse business process, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency and speed. Responsible for managing a Warehouse team you’ll ensure goods are accurately located and all delivery procedures followed whilst assuring the compatibility of warehouse space and planned delivery schedules. Other key accountabilities include: ensuring safe receipt, storage and retrieval of goods keeping stock control systems update driving strong teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met overseeing stock control and processing orders. With a proven track record in warehouse management or experience in a similar role, you have an excellent understanding of the day-to-day requirements of a busy retail warehousing operation. Happiest when working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment, you have a high level of organisational, planning and time management skills and are able to work accurately to tight deadlines under pressure. You’re also able to offer: proficiency in MS Office Suite the ability to communicate concisely and precisely, in writing and verbally proven people management skills with a really hands-on approach.
