Our client is looking for a Customer Relations / Service Advisor to work in their customer relations/service department in London
The Company
Our client is one of the most recognised security brands in London and South East. They supply and install locks, safes, doors, burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, security gates, grilles, shutters, garage doors, and door entry systems. They also have their own 24 hour in-house Alarm Receiving Centre.
Established for over 80 years, the Group now has 7 security companies running from their headquarters in Central London with over 300 employees.
As a Customer Relations/Service Advisor, the most important role is to give the best customer service possible. The successful candidate will be expected to be aware of the company’s products as well as policies and be able to communicate it to other members of staff as well as customers.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Helping to build good customer relations.
- Handling complaints and queries from both customers and staff via telephone and email.
- Working with our complaints programme.
- Liaising with other departments.
- Giving fault advice to engineers and customers.
- Financial responsibilities.
- Sorting security issues.

- Polite and tactful personality
- Numerical skills
- Ability to plan
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- IT skills
Normal Working Hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
