Office Receptionist/Administrator
A varied role incorporating front of house duties, office administration and PA duties for the head office of a growing International Telecoms company. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing organisation at a basic entry point, career development is possible within the organisation where many senior and middle management rose from entry level positions. The ideal candidate will have a good awareness of general business practices, be loyal and have an eye on their future.
Duties:
– Meeting and greeting visitors
– Manning the switchboard
– Administrative support to the client and accounting departments
– Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
– Coordinating the meeting room schedule
– Provide basic PA services to the Directors
– Coordinating conference schedules
– Monitoring stationery and office supply levels and replenishing when required.
– Ensuring physical marketing material is up to date and available.
– Act as office representative for statutory duties, H&S, Fire warden etc.
Essential Attributes:
– Must have at least 1 years experience in an office environment
– Experience dealing with high profile guests
– Excellent standard of spoken and written English.
– Polite, calm and professional manner
– Excellent telephone manner
Beneficial skills and attributes:
– Proficiency in any of the following languages; Russian, German, Mandarin, Cantonese.
– Proficiency in any other major world language.
– Customer service experience.
– Book-keeping experience
– First aid qualifications
