The Company
As a dynamic and growing business that has been established for 17 years, with a current turnover of £4.5million and set to achieve £10 million by the end of March 2018, my client is on the hunt for professional, talented and organised individuals for this unique opportunity. Unique because as a business they genuinely care about their clients, the service they provide and building long term partnerships. Their main route to market as an MSP is through IT services, but they also offer IT Consultancy, Network Cabling, Voice & Data Services and Web Design, giving multi-faceted, ambitious and driven individuals a real opportunity to make a career.
The Role
As Account Manager you will:
- Be adept at winning and securing new business from existing clients and prospects, nurturing the relationship to develop and form long term partnerships
- Meet with those clients, presenting and proposing value added services along the way, negotiating and influencing in order to bring about success
- Be able to act as an advisor to clients, keeping abreast of technical and industry information as well as reporting on industry fluctuations and market conditions
- Want to have your dedicated clients and their needs centric to everything you do
The Candidate
Aside from the standard IT skills (MS Office & Internet Explorer) to be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
- Outstanding Account Management skills ideally in an IT infrastructure/MSP environment for at least 3 years
- An ability to be pro-active in your approach to sales, account management and business development
- Exceptional service delivery and customer service skills
- An overall confidence, desire to work as part of a team and an ability to delivery against targets and KPI’s.
The Package
£25-28k based on experience, plus 20 days holiday, laptop, mobile, pension & uncapped commission
