The Role


We are seeking experienced and ambitious Business Development Professionals to join our rapidly growing team and to share in our success.


You will be engaging brands that wish to enter into an ongoing brand partnership which will deliver direct sales via the platform, VIP appointments at their flagship stores and attendees for both brand and Luxios organised events. The Luxios proposition offers a unique ROI proposition that goes far beyond traditional marketing channels.


Candidates


Suitable candidates will be passionate about the luxury sector and have exceptional interpersonal skills. You will be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding your business goals. You will be engaging directly with clients on a daily basis and should have proven experience in opening up new contacts and opportunities. You will be naturally at ease and able to engage and hold the attention of luxury brand owners and experienced senior industry executives.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Securing commercial partnerships with major brands to meet and exceed personal targets.

  • Develop and maintain an effective pipeline of new and existing clients using a proprietary CRM system

  • Forecast revenues and develop a business plan to grow net revenue for partnerships and exceed targets set for the financial year.

  • Work closely with the account managers, personal shopping advisors and the editorial team to raise awareness about partnerships and opportunities within the business

To be successful in this role you will:


  • Be professional and likeable

  • Be highly driven and motivated by success

  • Have a partnerships/media/event sales background (preferably online but not essential)

  • Have established UK luxury client relationships at the highest level

  • Have excellent organisational, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Proven track record of opening and closing opportunities
