Housekeeping Attendant – 45 Park Lane Scope:
To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and night service turn down required by 45 Park Lane in all guest rooms, bathrooms and suites in accordance with departmental standards.
Main Duties:

- To maintain accurate records of room occupancy and availability for the Housekeeping and Host Team.
*
- To report any guest request or room maintenance required.
*
- To check standard of linen supply to guest rooms and return any damaged linen.
*
- To make up beds, clean and set up sitting room, bedroom and bathroom promptly, in accordance with departmental standards.
*
- To turn down and night service every bedroom, bathroom and suite
*
- To keep VIP lists up-to-date and note any special requests by guests
*
- To carry out spring cleaning of rooms as scheduled
*
- To clean and empty hoover and put away cleaning materials before going off duty
*
- To sweep and mop floors in service and linen cupboard before going off duty, switch off lights and lock doors.
*
- To hand over list of un-serviced rooms and suites and any special requests
Requirements:
*
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a similar luxury hotel environment is beneficial
*
- Polite, well-mannered, and discreet
*
- Good organizational skills
*
- Self motivated & well presented
*
- Good command of English
