PPC Manager
40K to 50K with 10-15% Bonus Based on Basic
London W10 / Notting Hill Area
Basic salary-£40,000 with a bonus of £8000. However we are open to being flexible with this and go up to £50k basic.

We are looking for candidates who have come from six figure type budget companies.
Competative online companies such as Gambling, Holiday, Comparison sites.
Personality-entrepreneurial characters.
Responsible for the SEM strategy and execution, you’ll have overall accountability for cost-per-acquisition and budget utilisation. You’ll be responsible for rolling out paid-search into European markets as well as ensuring the UK account hits all agreed targets.
Candidate Profile
- Solid SEM background and at least 5 years’ experience within paid-search environment
- Experience of running paid-search across both UK and European markets
- Ability to demonstrate manual bid management techniques as well as experience of using automated tools (Kenshoo, Marin etc)
- Must be Google Adword Certified (GAC) and experience of Google Analytics IQ is also preferred
- Prior experience of managing large budgets in a target driven environment
- Sound knowledge of the latest SEO techniques (onsite and offsite)
- Able to optimise for mobile and tablet devices based on advances in Google Ad Word functionality
- Highly numerate, a passion for analytics and a keen interest in using data to drive the decision making process
- Previous experience of managing agency and in-house teams
- Strong Excel, analytic and problem solving skills
The role
As Senior SEM Manager you will be responsible for the cost-per-acquisition across both paid-search and SEO channels. You will be expected to set the strategic direction and deliver against an agreed set of KPIs. You will have one direct report with the possibility of growing the team based on ability to demonstrate continuous improvement.
Your role will involve the following:
- Executing and managing all paid-search campaigns across Google and Bing
- Work with the agency to deliver the SEO plan
- Providing weekly insight reporting and analysis for the Marketing department
- Demonstrating continuous growth across both paid-search and SEO channels
- Proactively seeking out opportunities to innovate and drive efficiencies
- Weekly keyword expansion and ad copy optimisation
- Working in collaboration with the wider Digital Marketing team to optimise the end-to-end customer journey (keyword through to onsite conversion)
