As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers. Liaising with prospective tenants, both face-to-face and the telephone, you’ll arrange and perform viewings of properties, answering any questions they may have. You’ll carry out property marketing activities and negotiate prices with customers to maximise profitability. Additionally, you’ll carry out a variety of administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office. Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, Strong communication skills, organised approach, Enthusiastic and proactive, as a Lettings Negotiator, you must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Experience gained within the property sector would be beneficial to your application.

Salary: First Month will be Travel Expenses Only,
Then £13.000 P/A +Commission + Bonuses
