• First year £20,000 basic salary


• First year £35,000 OTE


• Third year £100,000 OTE

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment consultancy is a direct sales role. It has the highest on target earnings in the sales industry and is seen as the pinnacle of a sales career. The position is the full 360 role and will involve vetting CVs, interviewing candidates, liaising with existing clients, business development, advertising jobs and networking. Recruitment is an industry built on relationships so being sociable and being able to build rapport are two necessary skills.

The Candidates for Recruitment Consultancy

• Good academics (2:1 or equivalent)


• Sales experience would be ideal


• Highly competitive (demonstrated by having played sport to a high level at university)


• Ambition (demonstrated through achievements such as D of E or a marathon)


• Resilient
