On the back of winning a huge amount of work, with project pipeline for 10 years, our client is currently in need of a Development Officer to join them at their Central London offices. Working for the Development Division of our client, this role is ideally suited to somebody with a Real Estate background.
The Role
The Development Officer will join a team of 3 people, Senior Development Officer, Development Manager and Development Director. Your key responsibilities will be:
– Design and Planning
– Finance and Internal Reporting Tool
– Legal
– Investment
Required Experience:
– Relevant degree in real estate, development or planning
– A minimum of one year of experience in real estate, development or planning
– Interest for mixed use projects
– Proactive attitude
– Excellent problem-solving ability
– Attention to detail
– Good Excel skills and good numeracy skills
– Excellent communication skills
