We are currently seeking a Finance Team Leader to join our dynamic Finance Support Team based in London. As Finance Support Team Leader, you will supervise 3 Finance Assistants and a Client Accountant, ensuring the Team works to a high standard. The role is key in making sure that our Property Management function gets the support and knowledge they require to deliver the highest quality service to meet our client’s needs.

Your role will include:

• Prioritising and reviewing the Team’s work and providing analysis and reports on a regular basis. Ensuring Service level agreements are met within deadline.


• Providing Property Managers with accurate information within reasonable time-scales.


• Review and submit year end accounts, transfer client funds, calculate management fees for properties & prepare a variety of accounts information.


• Dealing with queries efficiently ensuring excellent customer service, attending Resident meetings as required & challenging mismanagement of funds when appropriate.


• Building relationships whilst liaising with Accountants and Back Office teams to ensure service delivery.

You will demonstrate:

• Experience in preparing and interpreting a set of Statutory and Service Charge Accounts, explaining to customers and implementing Service Charge Budgets.


• People management skills, including leadership, performance management & team building.


• Communication ability to present ideas in a clear, professional manner whilst liaising with clients, ensuring high levels of service and client retention.


• Determination to provide solutions and get things done


• Willingness to assess your own performance and actively seek support to develop

It is essential that you are ACCA – stage 2, or CIMA qualified and interested in developing yourself further.
