The School of Sports, UPS and Travel wishes to appoint a part time Travel and Tourism Lecturer. We are looking for an individual who is looking to contribute to the development of Lambeth College’s exciting creative programs. The post holder will deliver high quality teaching of the Level 2 and 3 BTEC qualifications in Travel and Tourism. The role will require experience of working in a travel and tourism environment and successful experience of designing and delivering learning in these areas. You will be able to demonstrate differentiation in the classroom and possess the ability to motivate, stretch and assess our learners. You will also be able to demonstrate continuing professional development and have experience of resource based learning. You should have a teaching qualification e.g PGCE or a willingness to achieve it. Having an assessor qualification would be advantageous. You should also ideally have level 2 qualifications in numeracy, literacy and ICT. However, if you do not hold these qualifications you will be expected to achieve these qualifications, for which support will be given.
