We are
looking for an
experienced Managing
Surveyor to oversee
the
surveying support of
the commercial and
financial interests of
Quadrant Construction
across a number of
mixed tenure housing
projects (including pre
and post contract
duties).
Main
responsibilities will
include:

Lead,

insight on the

Manage
stakeholder
relationships to ensure
a constructive
relationship is
maintained throughout
the lifecycle of all
projects

Ensure
commercial /
contractual
arrangements comply
with all applicable
legislative, regulatory
and corporate
standards
?
Develop,
implement and
continually review
procedure and practice
to ensure the effective
commercial management
of
contracts
?
Forecast
and monitor the key
performance
indicators
?
Communicate to
senior management on
business plan, current
state and forecast
position
?
Identify
risk and implement risk
management
system
You will be an
excellent communicator

experience to work
collaboratively with

sub- contractors,

and experience of the
commercial management
of high-value contracts
including the
ability to manage
high-value contractual
disputes to successful
conclusion

You will

experience in
procurement, contract
and financial
management and be able
to manage the
commercial aspects of
complex and long term
contracts of
significant value. You
will also be able to
show that you are able
to lead, motivate and
manage a
team.
It is essential
that you have previous
experience working for
a contractor or
developer in the
housing sector and can
demonstrate a proven
track record in a
similar
role.
