Chef de Partie to join our relief team.
As a Chef De Partie you will run the section ensuring all dishes leaving the section are effectively executed. You must have a desire to develop your skills, be a good listener and take direction from the more senior members of the kitchen brigade.
A passion for food and a keen interest in working with quality seasonal ingredients are essential attributes of a Chef De Partie to work with some of the most prestige establishments in central London
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience for at least one year
- Have worked in quality restaurant and hotel Environments
- Be passionate about food with a desire to learn and work hard
- Be keen to progress your career in a quality restaurant environment
- Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
