Project Administrator – £30,000 – 12 month contract
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Administrator to join our client, a private bank in central London. This role would be perfect for a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar admin based role. If you have excellent administration experience working on fast paced projects then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be working with key stakeholders.
You will have sound PC skills with competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and where appropriate PowerPoint. You will need to have experience in working to tight deadlines whilst dealing with various managers on the project, managing expectations appropriately to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Duties:
Manage the project administration – you will need to be able to manage the all the capital report
- Results analysis and publishing, report generation and data feedback
Be able to follow process and use initiative in order to complete administration for the project.
Diligently provide the highest level of customer service to clients.
Ensuring minimum standards are met on the project.
Working to deadlines to efficiently make sure that the project and staffing run to schedule.
Communicate effectively with various members and different teams in the business
- Prepare agendas and lead both internal and client facing project meetings.
You will need the following:
Excellent communication skills
Advanced IT Office skills – eg. Excel, Word…
- Experience with reporting systems such as Tableau
Have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar admin role
