Deputy Facilities Manager- Camden- to £35,000 + package
My client a leading Facilities Management Service provider is currently recruiting for a Deputy Facilities Manager based in Camden. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your main responsibility will be to support the Facilities Manager to ensure that the services provided to the Authority are in accordance with the Service Agreement. An understanding/previous experience in PFI projects, previous experience in hard and soft FM provision.
You will focus on:
*The remit of the contract includes hard & soft FM services being delivered.
*You will play a key role in monitoring the Quality Management, Environmental and Health & Safety Systems.
*You will liaise directly with sub-contractors.
*You will also be required to deputize for the Facilities Manager in their absence.
*You will have line management responsibility for all cleaning staff, caretakers, and management staff.
To succeed in this role you will have:
*An understanding/previous experience in PFI projects
*A proven track record of managing others
*Previous experience in either a hard or soft FM provision
*Client relationships skills – experience of public sector culture
*You will have extensive operational management experience supported by appropriate qualifications and/or by corporate membership of a suitable professional institute.
*Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and organisational skills
*The ability to manage several projects ongoing, and be self-motivated with a proactive approach
*IT literate and must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of packages.
*A full UK driving license will be required for this position.
