Salary: Basic £20,000 – £23,000 basic + Uncapped Commission – The average OTE for first year grads is £40 – £50k

You will be working for an award winning recruitment consultancy firm. They have won awards for their rapid growth, they way they treat their staff and their quality training schemes.

My client is looking to take on high calibre candidates to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants to start in June / July / August in their London offices. Your training will fast track you to becoming a top billing Recruitment Consultant!

Trainee Recruitment Consultant, London –The Rewards
Being a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is not easy! You need to be the right type of person to succeed in this type of role however you will reap the rewards if you are successful!

• An employee who had been there just 18 months earned £13,000 in commission in 1 month


• Hit your targets and you’ll be rewarded with monthly lunch clubs, including ‘Fat Duck’.


• They also offer a car incentive: Year 1: Golf or Mini, Year 2: Audi A4 or Boxter. Year 3: 370z, X6 or M5.


• The recent ‘High Flyers Club’ (top 15% or billers) went on an all expenses paid trip to Milan, partying at the most exclusive clubs and bars. On their return they were each rewarded with their own Rolex Watch.


• The average OTE for first year grads is £47.2K, year 2 £80K, year 3 onwards £100k+.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant, What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in recruitment, receive these rewards and be a Top Billing Recruitment Consultant you will have to WORK HARD. You will need to work long hours, work outside of your contracted hours and give 100% every day. To be successful in your application we are looking for:

• A recent graduate with a 2.1/ 2.2 is acceptable with strong sport/extra-curricular achievements
  Commission based or telesales experience is an advantage but not essential.


• Promotion within a job prior to this application is also an advantage.


• We look for integrity, tenacity, and confidence, proven hard work, good work ethic and enthusiasm.


• You will need to live in London or be moving to London to avoid long commutes.


• You must be money motivated! Without the motivation to make money you will not succeed in recruitment!
