Business Development Manager



Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a Top 30 Accountancy Firm based in London who are seeking a Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager;
* To identify new business opportunities and turn them into new clients of the firm. Using your own initiative to drive the process through appropriate channels – direct telephone contact, networking, relationships with professional and topical seminars.


* Work with the BD Director to build and develop a robust Business Development Plan, broken down by service line.


* Identify and agree targeting strategy.


* Establish, build and maintain relationships with targets and professionals.


* Ensure continuity and consistency of contact with the marketplace occurs using CRM system.


Candidate Requirement;
The role requires;
* Direct client facing experience within a professional service marketplace.


* Comfortable with dealing at Director / Board level through consultative selling process.


* Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.


* Ability to drive a number of initiatives at any one time.


* Ability to gain Partner and peer group buy-in.


* Target driven.
