A great London restaurant group is looking for a General Manager to join their team at one of their Central London sites. The restaurant has a lively and fun atmosphere where drinks are flowing and casual yet tasty food options are available.

As the General Manager you will be running the busy restaurant floor and supervising a large team of staff as well as getting stuck in when needed. You need to have good BOH knowledge as you will be expected to be financially accountable for the site.

You will have plenty of style and personality as well as being a strong man manager. You must have previous experience in a high volume restaurant ans a knowledge of bar operations and cocktails would be a massive benefit.
