Lettings Negotiator, Sales , Basic + Commission, North London

Growing and exciting independent Estate Agents based in London N8,
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Lettings Negotiator / Sales and Lettings negotiator with drive and ambition to join our small team, vibrant office environment with an excellent reputation, offering fantastic service in Sales, Lettings and Property Management.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in lettings or at least some experience as a Lettings Negotiator, confident with excellent communication skills and ideally some experience in taking on new Landlords/instructions.
The prospects are great for someone who is looking to grow with the company and possibly leading to a managerial role with the benefit of profit sharing.

You must have your own car with a clean driver’s license, ideally be based locally.

Main Duties:-
– Registering applicants and conducting viewings
– Negotiating offers and closing deals
– Taking on new landlords and carrying valuations
– Carrying out inventories (extra pay for this)

– Basic Salary (Depending on experience) to be increased following a six months review.

Position: Permanent
Start Date: Ideally Immediate
Day off during the week every fortnight, Sat half day.
Closed Sundays and bank holidays.
