Office / Facilities Coordinator - Accountancy Firm, West End



My client, a leading accountancy firm based in the heart of London are currently looking for an Office / Facilities Coordinator to manage the day to day running of their office. The firm have 100+ staff based at their West End office.

You will be responsible for managing Health & Safety, service contracts and suppliers for the office.


As an experienced Office Coordinator, you will have experience of:


• Maintaining hard and soft service suppliers including: insurance, stationary & office supplies, cleaners, couriers etc
• Archiving and storing files securely
• Health & Safety, First Aid and Fire Wardens
• Managing meeting rooms and schedules for staff
• Developing and implementing training programmes for new starters


In addition to the responsibilities listed above, you’ll also be required to provide ad-hoc assistance to the partners when required.


Experience of working within Professional Services, i.e. a similar Accountancy Firm / Law Firm would be highly desirable.
