Property Manager

We are actively looking for 2 Property Managers on behalf of well known property company with a starting salary of £20k – £25k depending on experience, to join a fun and rewarding office based in the Twickenham and Hampton and Richmond area So the ideal candidates will live local.

The role

• Landlord & Tenant contact


• Liaising with Property Maintenance Contractors


• Arranging Gas Safety Certificates


• Arranging property inspections


• Dealing with DPS (Deposit protection Scheme) Clients Deposits


• Tenancy Renewals


• Customer Service

The ideal candidate

• Property management experience would be ideal although not essential. However the right candidate must have experience working in and Property/Estate Agent environment.


• Will drive and have their own a car as this will be needed for property visits- essential


• Experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook is an advantage.


• Have a proven track record of organisation skills, admin skills


• Multi task lots of duties and demanding clients.


• Customer care is essential.
