Sales Executive
Our client, an online course provider, is looking for consultants to join their expanding team in West London.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a performance based office role previously, ideally in sales, and will have a proactive, positive and consultative approach to meeting both student and business needs whilst providing exceptional customer service. This is not a ‘hard sales’ role, it very consultative and the ideal candidate will be empathetic, warm, passionate but also resilient.

Base salary up to £25k (flexible depending on experience) OTE £40K (uncapped) – top performers earn £50k +
This position will see you doing shift work – you’ll be working 40 hours a week and will work 1 in 4 Saturdays and get a day off in lieu during the week. The hours during the are 10am – 6.30pm and 12pm – 8.30pm. You must be able to commit to a rotating shift.
Key duties and responsibilities…
• Present correct and timely information regarding company, services, application requirements, enrolment procedure and payment plans to prospective students via inbound and outbound calling, email and scheduled phone appointments
• Maximise student enrolments to meet enrolment targets and achieve the key performance indicators set by the business
• Actively adhere to and promote the highest level of customer service standards and act as an ambassador for company at all times
• Take shared responsibility for own professional development and self-improvement, and complete all relevant training

Experience
• Successful prior experience of working in a demanding, performance-focussed office environment in a customer-facing role – ideally in sales
• A track record of delivering against performance targets and meeting deadlines

• An excellent command of written and spoken English and strong numeric skills are required
• Possess a friendly, confident and engaging personality, able to communicate effectively and professionally and build strong relationships with students
• Strong organisational, time-management and administrative skills with the ability to successfully multitask
• Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative – thrives under pressure

• Exceptionally high levels of motivation working both independently and as part of a team
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
