Head Chef - Good Hours - Events - 35k
We are looking for a head chef for a photo studio and event space.
Catering to many celebrities with the newest and quirkiest diets the head chef must be confident with designing menus suiting their dietary requirements. Following and understand new trending diets are crucial.
Organisation skills are key as they will have to cater to the five studios at different times. One studio might only need lunch for 4 people but another studio wants lunch for 30 people.
As the head chef you will have full autonomy of the menu which will need to be created every week. Think Ottolenghi style platters which are healthy and fresh.
The event side of things can cater up to 250 covers.
It is a good work life balance – the head chef will work 7am – 3pm apart from when there are events (45 events a year).
The head chef salary is up to 35k.
