Receptionist
Switchboard Host / Receptionist
This is a Part Time position working 30-32 hours per week. The hours of work would be 2pm-7pm Monday-Friday and Saturday starting at 8am (finishing time to be confirmed)
The Role
As a Switchboard Host you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to our customers who contact us via telephone. As a Host you will build rapport with our customers, establish their needs quickly in order to create a bespoke service for them. Our Hosts are our Brand Ambassadors, reflecting the brand image and standards in everything they do and providing excellent Customer Service.

Your Responsibilities
* Answer and manage telephone system
* Accurately record calls and relay messages in timely manner
* Admin duties as required
* Provide cover to the front reception desk when required
