Role: Graduate/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £20,000 basic salary OTE £40K – £45K with commission in Yr1

An office working in numerous within IT, Gaming and E-commerce, 7 Digital, we have experienced 100% year on year growth in the last 3 years, and are looking to continue this growth over the next 24 months, recruiting 6 new trainees in the next couple of months.

A recruitment consultants role is diverse, so you will need to…..

• Take ownership of the entire sales process from filtering CVs, calling clients to closing the deal.


• Generating leads and building your database of contacts.


• Developing and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring the best potential matches for vacancies.


• Building an in depth knowledge of your specific industry and the clients that operate within it.
