The company was founded by a highly reputable self-taught designer focusing on high end interior design including, lighting, furniture and accessories. They specialise is bespoke pieces with varying textures and material that provides an industrial vibe to their products. Selling independently as well as a handful of high end stores, this is a company that really excels in the interiors industry, making its mark as one of the best in modern British design.
What does the job consist of?
The primary role of the A&D Sales Manager is to strategically drive and proactively manage the growth of product sales for the company through the nationwide Architecture and Design community. As part of a rapidly growing company, the role will take responsibility for the pro-active development of the brand product awareness among key architecture and design practices primarily in London, and the rest of the UK and Ireland where applicable. You will need to create a strategic and tactical plan to develop existing relationships while at the same time targeting new prospects with a view to accelerating the growth of business.
To drive profitable business growth for all product categories through;
- Relationship optimization
- Managing the sales pipeline for your territory
- Managing the sales process
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Defining marketing and support requirements
- Acting as a “Brand Ambassador”, continually elevating perception of the brand and its products
What they are looking for
You should have extensive Sales experience and a proven track record in the growth of product sales. You should have demonstrable experience in developing new and existing relationships as well as a “can-do” attitude and impenetrable self-motivation.
If you have knowledge in the furniture, design and architecture industry, this would be ideal.
