Our client – an award winning operator working with an acclaimed Chef – are seeking a talented, ambitious Chef de Partie for their exciting new restaurant opening in Central London
As Chef de Partie you will be working within a large, dynamic brigade, creating stunning menu’s and serving the highest standard of modern Basque cuisine.
The operators, with their exceptionally high service standards are looking for a Chef de Partie, ideally with a fine dining background coupled with an excellent attitude and the willingness to push the boundaries. Experience of Basque cuisine would be an advantage however not essential.
The restaurant will specialise in high quality Basque cuisine and have a healthy approach, offering a unique dining experience for customers.
The ideal Chef de Partie MUST
Have an upbeat and positive attitude, high energy and calm under pressure
Have experience in high volume, fresh , quality dining
Be up to date with world food trends and research extensively to ensure you are one step ahead
Be dynamic, engaging and an excellent team player
Demonstrate stability in your previous job roles
Have a high level of spoken and written English
Maintain the highest standards of working practices
