Your new role
As Contracts manager you will be responsible for 3-5 projects dependant on size, working alongside a senior CM and reporting to the MD you will be responsible for production, ensuring programmes are realistic, any design issues are picked up in advance, health & safety is being implemented, client liasion and generally ensuring the site managers are supported where needed,

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience of working as a contracts manager with either a developer or main contractor is essential, previous experience of working on housing association schemes is also preferred but not essential. Interested candidates are expected to come from a Site management background but all cv’s will be considered.
