Due to expansion and a growing portfolio of products, a leading financial services firm has a requirement for a Customer Insight Analyst.


You will be working in a fast-paced environment with the support of an organisation who are committed to providing their customers with the best products and services.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Strategy, your role as a Customer Insight Analyst, will involve:


* Extracting and analysing relevant data from customer data sources
* Translating the data and pulling out the key messages in order to create actionable and fact based insight leading to commercially sound recommendations
* Supporting the delivery of P & L targets from existing customer segments
* Designing a monthly P&L insight report which will be used to influence customer strategy roadmap


As a Customer Insight Analyst, you will have:


* Experience in strategy within finance portfolios
* P & L experience
* Strong analytical skills
* SAS or SQL experience
* Excellent communication skills
