What does an executive search consultant look like?


  • Recent graduate of a Russell Group (or top 30) university (minimum 2:1)

Specialising in mid to senior level management across the Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) markets they place people on salaries between £150K and £700K. They have a world-class training programme; you would quickly become an expert in your specific sector.


What the position entails:


Executive search and recruitment consulting is a direct sales role. It has the highest on target earnings potential across all sectors of the sales industry. The position is a head-hunting role. Consequently, you will be identifying target companies and relevant individuals within them, actively market-mapping, writing profiles of individuals, networking with industry sources and making candidate approach calls. This industry is all about being able to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and individuals. This specific role may involve international travel.
