Office Assistant/Trainee Wanted - Acre Management Ltd - London W1K

As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class service to customers. Liaising with prospective tenants, both face-to-face and the telephone, you’ll arrange and perform viewings of properties, answering any questions they may have. You’ll carry out property marketing activities and negotiate prices with customers to maximize profitability. Additionally, you’ll carry out a variety of administrative activities to facilitate the smooth running of the office. Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, Strong communication skills, organized approach, Enthusiastic and proactive, as a Lettings Negotiator, you must have excellent presentation skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. Experience gained within the property sector would be beneficial to your application.
Salary: Travel Expenses +Commission + Bonuses for the first Month
Then option to go to: £13k Basic + 5% commission, OR *Travel Expenses + 20%Commission
